Lager made with local Pilsner malt and dry hopped with Alora and Motueka hops. Light and refreshing with an assertive hop character. Notes of peach, melon, lychee, and fresh lime zest. ABV: 5%

This crushable farmhouse ale is made with local Pilsner and wheat malt, fermented with Saison yeast and Brettanomyces, and then dry hopped with Grungeist and Hallertau Blanc. Complex yet easy drinking, this beer has lots of tropical fruit character such as pineapple, mango, passionfruit and white wine grapes. ABV: 4.4%

Made with a base of Pilsner malt and Oats, Syncopation is aggressively dry hopped with Galaxy, Alora, Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, and Hallertau Blanc. Notes of passionfruit, lychee, Sauvignon Blanc, grapefruit, and a little diesel. ABV: 7.7%

Rich and full-bodied Brown Ale with a silky texture. Notes of chocolate, coffee, toast, and graham cracker. ABV: 5.7%
