Crisp and dry lager beer made with local Pilsner malt from Riverbend. Hopped exclusively with Saaz, giving it firm herbal and citrus notes. Naturally carbonated and served on a Lukr Faucet.

Seasonal lager made with local Vienna and Munich malts. Notes of fresh biscuits and honey, toffee, peanut brittle, caramel, and a light herbal hop character. Naturally carbonated and served on a Lukr Faucet.

Dark lager with a light roast character, notes of smooth milk, chocolate, and toasted bread. Lagered for 9 weeks.

Made with local Pilsner and Chit malt, and lagered for 7 weeks. Dry hopped with Audacia and Wai-iti. Notes of fresh rose petals, lilac. and lime zest. Light-bodied with a clean finish. ABV: 5.3%
Made with Pilsner Malt, Wheat and Oats, this Belgian ale has homegrown chamomile and coriander added to the kettle. Rested on a healthy dose of fresh orange peel. This light and refreshing beer has notes of fresh citrus, coriander, bready malts, and baking spice.

Clear and dry IPA dry hopped with Strata, Simcoe, and late harvest Cascade. Notes of grapefruit. orange, guava, dark berries, and a little piney bitterness. Collaboration with Scuba Homebrew Club.ABV: 7.4%
Paloma cocktail-inspired Saison made with fresh grapefruit and lime peel. Aged on Mezcal oak staves.

A charitable collaboration with Riverbend Malt House in support of the Michael Jackson Foundation for Brewing and Distilling. We get notes of peach rings, raspberry, watermelon candy, and mango.

Dry hopped with Galaxy, Alora, Nelson Sauvin, Motueka and Hallertau Blanc. Notes of passion fruit, lychee, and Sauvignon Blanc. grapefruit and a little diesel. ABV: 7.7%
Made with local Pilsner and 2 Row malt, Oats, and Wheat. Dry hopped with Mosaic, Erebus, and late harvest estate-grown Cascade from Crosby Hops. Notes of orange marmalade, dark fruits, with a slight resin character. ABV: 5.8%

Spontaneously fermented and aged in oak foudres. Notes of lemon, lime, and Chamomile. 2024 Vintage.
Naturally fermented sparkling rose of Cabernet Franc.
Made with 8 different varietals. Notes of blueberry, black pepper, cinnamon, and cardamom.
