Paloma cocktail-inspired Saison made with fresh grapefruit and lime peel. Aged on Mezcal oak staves.

Hazy IPA made with local Pilsner malt and Oats. Dry hopped with Krush, Dolcita, Mosaic, Chinook. and Casshmere

Crisp and hoppy Lager made with local Pilsner and Chit malt. Hopped in the kettle with Saaz and dry hopped with Sterling. Light bready malt character with a lemon, lime, herbal, grassy hop character. Lagered 6 weeks and served on a Lukr faucet.

Simple Me - This crushable farmhouse ale is made with local Pilsner and Wheat malt courtesy of Riverbend Malt. Fermented with a mixed culture of Saison yeast and Brettanomyces and dry hopped with Grungeist and Hallertau Blanc. Complex and simultaneously easy drinking, this beer pops with tropical fruit notes of pineapple, passionfruit, mango, white wine grapes and some classic Brett funk.

Clear and dry Pale Ale hopped with Amarillo, Elani, Azacca, and Pacific Sunrise. Firm bitterness with notes of grapefruit, mango, pineapple, and some of that good, good dank.

Collab with New Groove Artisan Brewery. Made with local Pilsner, Munich, and Chit malts. Dry hopped with Experimental Hop D5-055, Simcoe, and Late Harvest Cascade. Notes of Ruby Red grapefruit, tangerine, black currant, and candied orange peel.

Collab with New Groove Artisan Brewery. Double dry hopped with Columbus Cryo, Strata, and Nelson Sauvin. Added terpenes from the Louis XIII strain to make it extra dank. Additional notes, of apricot, mango, and cherry.

Spontaneously fermented and aged in oak foudres. Notes of lemon, lime, and Chamomile. 2024 Vintage.

Naturally fermented sparkling rose of Cabernet Franc.

Made with 8 different varietals. Notes of blueberry, black pepper, cinnamon, and cardamom.

Dry Crips Hard Cider. ABV: 6.7%
