Inspired by the Rose wine. Made with hibiscus and rose hips. Tart, dry. effervescent and refreshing.

Made with Ethiopian coffee. vanilla beans, cinnamon, and homegrown chili peppers.

Simple Me - This crushable farmhouse ale is made with local Pilsner and Wheat malt courtesy of Riverbend Malt. Fermented with a mixed culture of Saison yeast and Brettanomyces and dry hopped with Grungeist and Hallertau Blanc. Complex and simultaneously easy drinking, this beer pops with tropical fruit notes of pineapple, passionfruit, mango, white wine grapes and some classic Brett funk.

Collab with New Groove Artisan Brewery. Double dry hopped with Columbus Cryo, Strata, and Nelson Sauvin. Added terpenes from the Louis XIII strain to make it extra dank. Additional notes, of apricot, mango, and cherry.

A dry, nuanced but drinkable Saison made with Yarrow, Lemon Balm, and dry hopped with Wai-Iti. Notes of lemon, ginger, lime, and stone fruit. ABV: 5.3%

– Rich and full-bodied Brown Ale. Notes of chocolate, toast, caramel, and graham cracker. ABV: 5.7%

Understated Pilsner – Made with local Pilsner and Chit malt from Riverbend. Hopped exclusively with Czech Saaz, giving it a firm bitterness with citrus and herbal notes. Naturally carbonated and served on a Lukr faucet. ABV: 4.8%

Made with Pilsner malt, Wheat, and Oats, this Belgian ale has homegrown chamomile and coriander added to the kettle. Rested on a healthy dose of fresh orange peel. Notes of fresh citrus, coriander, bready malts, and baking spice. ABV: 4.8%

German style dark lager with a light roast character. Notes of smooth milk chocolate and toasted bread. Lagered for 9 weeks and naturally carbonated. Served on a Lukr faucet. ABV: 5.6%

Clear and dry West Coast IPA dry hopped with Strata, Simcoe, and late harvest Cascade.

Brewed with Cumberland Pilsner Malt and Cumberland Corn from Riverbend and hopped exclusively with Lorien. Unfiltered and lagered for a shorter time to preserve its raw, expressive flavors. Notes of bread crust, wildflower honey, honeysuckle and melon. Naturally carbonated and served on a Lukr faucet. ABV: 4.8%

Spontaneously fermented and aged in oak foudres. Notes of lemon, lime, and Chamomile. 2024 Vintage.

Naturally fermented sparkling rose of Cabernet Franc.

Made with 8 different varietals. Notes of blueberry, black pepper, cinnamon, and cardamom.

Dry Crips Hard Cider. ABV: 6.7%
